I was so surprised because I was reading so many other forums and there was no official support listed for using the Z390 Aorus Pro wifi with the Alpine. Booted back into MacOS Catalina and the Apollo recognized immediately! Then I went into the Bios and was FINALLY able to see the GPIO3 Force Pwr option and toggled it from disabled to enabled. Once the Pcie Alpine Ridge card was installed into the last (bottom slot) of the motherboard, I made sure Windows was able to see my Apollo. (it was kinda the whole purpose behind the build) ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I was making sure to turn on the Apollo before booting into MacOS however it was not being recognized.
